Returns & Exchange

- Refunds are only acceptable if the piece is damaged or has some defects. If you love a piece & you would like to try it, we are happy to schedule a *delivery for you  (Maximum of 3 pieces). Kindly contact us by whatsapp or Instagram DM to arrange the drop off. 

-  Exchange is acceptable within the size of the same item if it's available, or with another item. 

- Sales items are non-refundable, or exchangeable (except the size if its available) 

- Exchange or refund is only acceptable within 1 day of delivery. 

- Customized orders are non-refundable.
